Customer Portal for Recurring Payments

In this post, we’re going to talk about setting up a customer portal that gives your customer the ability to manage their subscriptions.

In the Recurring Sidebar menu, click on the customer portal link.

Step 1: Upload your logo.

Step 2: Once your logo is uploaded, your customer portal will now be white-labeled.

Step 3:  You will then want to copy your custom URL and give it to your customer by email or posting on your site.

Your customer will then able to log into your portal and manage their subscriptions. The customer will need to set up a username and password and then log-in.

They will be able to see an image of their product and have the ability to stop the subscription:
